Below are the steps to make your content downloadable on Instagram:-

1. Firstly tap on the Plus icon in the bottom of the screen.
   
2. Then choose the video that you want to upload and press Next.
   
3. Now tap on Next.
   
4. Then tap on more options in the menu.
   
5. Now toggle On to Allow people to download your reels.
   
6. Then finally tap on the share button.
